Safe haven — To own, lease, and manage housing and related facilities with the goal of providing affordable housing to persons with severe and persistent mental illness; those in recovery from substance use disorder; those transitioning out of homelessness; or elderly persons, any of whom may or may not have low incomes, regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, or disability.
Engaging with locals — To conduct community educational programs about the need for supported, safe, decent, and affordable housing and related services in the Lexington area.
Ongoing care — To provide services and care for the benefit of persons who need affordable housing.
