Who we are

Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use. You agree not to:

Information and fundraising
Content on the Site is for general information about our mission and programs. It is educational in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or housing eligibility advice. Housing availability, eligibility, and services are governed by application processes, leases, and agreements outside this Site.
Online giving may be processed through independent platforms. When you donate through those links, you are subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy.
Advertising and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
We may run digital advertising, including through Microsoft Advertising (sometimes referred to as Bing Ads), to share information about our programs and fundraising. Advertising is subject to platform rules and our organizational policies, including honesty in fundraising and compliance with applicable law.
You agree that:
- Ad content may be served using cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy;
- We aim to follow Microsoft Advertising policies for advertisers, including restrictions on certain categories of content and requirements for transparency;
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any advertising campaign, search result placement, or traffic level.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s text, graphics, logos, and compilation are owned by Open Door Housing, Inc. or used with permission. Trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site materials for commercial use without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to donation tools, photo galleries, or other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
